Pilates Plus Unlimited is a fully equipped Stott Pilates Studio offering a variety of classes in an inviting atmosphere. Our studio provides small group classes and direct interaction with every client. We understand everyones' body is built differently, and each client has different goals and needs. We create programs that are designed for you using the reformer, V2max, cadillac, chairs, barrels, and aerialates equipment such as the trapeze and silks. 

 

We have multiple group class formats including Mat Pilates, Total Barre, Voleé, Aerial Yoga, and the original Bungee Workout™. We also offer private sessions, duet sessions (2 individuals) and small group classes (3+ individuals) for both men and woman on the Reformer. From our beginning level Mat classes to our intense suspension training in Voleé, we offer classes for all levels and ages! Our studio focuses on rebalancing your body, improving flexibility, and increasing strength throughout all of our offered classes and techniques.

Paula Sester
Owner

 Fully Certified Stott Instructor /  Bungee Workout™ Master Trainer /

Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor / LMT

 

As a fully Certified Instructor and  Licensed Massage Therapist, Paula has extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology due to her Associates Degree in Physical Science, which gives her a deeper understanding of her clients' needs.  She has been an instructor for over 12 years and has successfully ran her studio for eight years. Paula has worked with many clients and has successfully strengthened post-injury, guided new moms-to-be with her pre-natal training, and helped clients feel stronger and more confident. She has a great eye for detail and form, making her clients get the best results possible. Her clients know with a look across the room, she's coming to give a correction and a "poke". (haha) Paula truly loves what she does and has great passion for each and every client. Seeing the transformations of her students has been her favorite part of being an instructor. Her goal is to help people look and feel better for life! She wants all of her clients to stand tall and feel great; knowing their bodies will thank them for it!

Allix Sester

Allix has always lived an active lifestyle and been passionate about fitness. Her extensive dance training gives her a different understanding of the body. Becoming a Certified Stott Instructor is only the beginning of her path. Allix is truly passionate about sports training and prevention of injuries. She knows sports and pilates are a great combination from personal experience, and experience training clients for over five years. Allix loves to amplify her knowledge and training by attending more classes and workshops as often as possible. She knows this new knowledge will not only help her athletic clients, but benefit each client she trains. Her biggest inspiration is her mother, Paula, who pushes her to succeed in everything she does!

Julie Denniger-Greensly
Balance Body Pilates / Group Fitness Instructor

 

Julie has been in the fitness industry since 2000, when she began her studies in Exercise Science. She first became American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified leading a variety of fitness classes as well as personal training. in 2005 she received her first mat certification through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). She has continued education in Stott Pilates, Peak Pilates, Sports Nutrition, Sports Injuries, and Kinetic Anatomy to name a few. Julie absolutely loved the way pilates transformed her body! She decided to take it to the next level and become certified through Balance Body. In August 2009 Julie began working for Paula Sester at Pilates Plus Unlimited. Helping her clients achieve their goals has always been a priority of hers. Changing peoples lives for the better brings her joy! She knows in her heart this is where she is supposed to be!

 

Class Descriptions

 

Mat Pilates: All level class using small equipment and body weight, with focus on the core.

Total Barré: All level class using dance motions and small equipment for a full body workout.

Circuit Pilates: A full body all level workout class, incorporating interval training and small equipment to help improve; strength, speed, agility, balance, and endurance!

Barré to the Beat: Inspired by Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training, this class is designed to sculpt long, lean muscles. You’ll move to the beat of fun, energizing music while improving your muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility. 

Hip-Hop Kick: Cardio-based fitness class that combines Cardio Kickboxing and Hip-Hop Dance. This class incorporates various punches, kicks and additional boxing inspired movements combined with various hip-hop dance movements. It uses the beat of the music, specifically utilizing the 32-count method.

Zumba: Fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Some popular genres are reggaetón, pop, hip-hop, cumbia, merengue, and more!

Aerial Yoga: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced level class incorporating the silks into Vinyasa style yoga movements to help increase flexibility and strength.

Bungee Workout™: the gravity defying class taking the international fitness world by storm. You may have spotted the video while scrolling through Facebook. A room full of people plunging to the ground, then flying through the air. Bungee Workout, a dance and fitness combination class, has been widely discussed over social media in recent months, and has been gaining much anticipation and momentum as the next big thing to hit the local fitness scene. Many are looking forward to adding it to their workout regimen. The class is an amazing resistance training and full body cardio workout. It works and tones almost every muscle in your body, focusing on your core strength. The bungee cord is attached to the back of the hip harness, allowing you to move freely and access atheletic and otherwise physically unattainable moves. The powerful bungee cord is also a potent resistance training tool, used to enhance overall muscle toning and fitness performance. It provides safe, secure, yet challenging resistance for strengthening and sculpting muscles at the same time. The aerial component gives a total body cardio workout that leverages gravity and body weight. You are dripping sweat by the end of the class, but you don’t realize how hard you have worked because it is so much fun. 
And did we mention – you get to fly.
We highly recommend bringing a towel and a spare t-shirt, and be prepared to sweat. All said, it’s essentially a resistance class designed around your secret childhood fantasy of leaping like Spiderman, with the grace of an aerial artiste, set to the high energy beat of the latest pop music.* Contraindications listed on the online booking site*
